At Online Collectors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and collectibles. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all protective inserts and documentation, to ensure they remain undamaged during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our specialists inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
