It is a hybrid between Cymbidium Ruby Eyes and Cymbidium canaliculatum, registered by Paradisia Nurs. in 1996. This cultivar produces arching cascading spikes carrying numerous golden-yellow to apricot flowers flushed with red, each accented by a bold burgundy-spotted lip. It is suited to pot culture only and performs best in cool to temperate climates.
