Sarracenia flava 'Red Tube'

Sarracenia flava ‘Red Tube’ is a striking form of the yellow pitcher plant, selected for its strongly coloured red to burgundy tubular pitchers. Unlike the typical green or yellow forms of Sarracenia flava, this selection develops rich pigmentation along much of the pitcher body under good light.

The tall, upright pitchers have a clean, elegant shape, with colour intensity increasing through the growing season. As with all Sarracenia flava forms, appearance will vary depending on light levels, temperature, and seasonal growth.
